Next Steps in Exploring Faith
Alpha
Alpha is a multi-week course that creates a space for anyone to explore life, faith and meaning. With video content and conversation, Alpha is designed to be a friendly and open environment where people can discuss life’s big questions and consider their views on Jesus and the central claims of Christianity. Alpha’s sessions offer helpful clarity on questions like, “Is there more to life than this?” “Who is Jesus?” and “Why do Christians trust the Bible?” There is nothing you can’t ask, and everyone is welcome.

Baptism
Water baptism is a Christian ceremony that signifies someone’s decision to follow Jesus, celebrates it and makes it public. In the same way that an engagement ring makes the promise of a relationship public or a wedding ceremony commemorates the beginning of a marriage, water baptism is physically symbolic of how Jesus committed His life to us and that we are committing our lives to Him. Jesus asks each of His followers to be baptised and if you haven’t taken this step yet, we would love to schedule it and help prepare the celebration!

Connect
Faith and life are not meant to be experienced alone. We were created for community, and if your journey in faith is solo right now, your next step is to connect more intentionally with others who follow Jesus too. Our church has many opportunities for community and we would love to help you connect to others in a small group, on a Serve Team, at one of our camps or upcoming events, or in our ministries for children, youth and families. Be sure to introduce yourself to lots of people and help others feel connected too!
